1. Notice Regarding Rewards Distribution for the First Phase of Our Donation Initiative

Fee incomes generated from SLERF/USDT spot trades (excluding commissions) for the first phase of our donation initiative:

• Calculation period: 09:40 (UTC) on March 18, 2024, to 16:00 (UTC) on March 24, 2024
• The total trading fees for SLERF/USDT spot trades amount to 126,623.72 USDT, equivalent to 86,542,446,996 $HTX (calculated based on the daily closing price of $HTX).

The rewards for the first phase of our donation initiative have been distributed.

• We are delighted to announce that the reward distribution for the first phase of our donation initiative has been completed. Log in to your HTX account to view reward details. We hope that these rewards will bring extra returns on your investment. Most importantly, we sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support of HTX.
• Recipients of Reward Distribution: Eligible users who have submitted the form by 16:00 on March 24, 2024.

2. Update on the Extension of the Reward Claiming Period for the First Phase of Our Donation Initiative

The first phase of our donation initiative has been met with great enthusiasm, but we've noticed that many users who participated in the private sales of SLERF tokens missed the opportunity. We believe they deserve proper compensation. In response to requests from our valued users, we've decided to extend the claiming period for the first phase of our donation initiative by 15 days. This extension provides these users with additional time to participate and claim their rewards!

 

Deadline for Registration: 16:00 (UTC) on April 13, 2024

How to Claim:

• To ensure fairness and transparency in the donation process, we will require all users participating in the private sale of SLERF tokens to complete a form. This form will enable you to link the address associated with your participation in the private sales of SLERF tokens with your HTX UID. Furthermore, during the event, you are required to make deposits of any amount from this address to your HTX UID to verify the legitimacy of your identity. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving any rewards.
• When filling out the form, please ensure to provide accurate information regarding your HTX UID and your on-chain private sale transaction address of SLERF tokens. We will carefully verify the UID and addresses to avoid duplicate or incorrect distributions.

Notes:

• This donation event is exclusively available to HTX users, and rewards will be distributed to their HTX accounts.
• Rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the event ends.
• If you meet the above requirements but have not received your rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• During the reward distribution, in cases where HTX UIDs and the private sale transaction addresses of SLERF tokens are duplicated, priority will be given to users who submitted the form earlier and completed the verification of making deposits.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume and bulk registration of fake accounts.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this donation event and the reward rules and timing are subject to change.
