Here, we are thrilled to announce a new initiative. Starting from 09:40 (UTC) on March 18, 2024, HTX will donate fee incomes generated from spot trades with SLERF tokens on our platform.

 

Fee Calculation Period:

First Phase: 09:40 (UTC) on March 18, 2024, to 16:00 (UTC) on March 24, 2024

Second Phase: 16:00 (UTC) on March 24, 2024, to 16:00 (UTC) on June 18, 2024

Reward Rules:

• We will distribute fee incomes generated from spot trades with SLERF tokens on the HTX platform over the course of one quarter to users who participated in the private sales of SLERF tokens. These rewards will be distributed among eligible users in the form of HTX tokens.
• Distribution Rules: All eligible users who fill out the form will share the rewards based on the proportion of their investment amount in the private sale of SLERF tokens.

 

How to Claim:

• To ensure fairness and transparency in the donation process, we will require all users participating in the private sale of SLERF tokens to complete a form. This form will enable you to link the address associated with your participation in the private sales of SLERF tokens with your HTX UID. Furthermore, during the event, you are required to make deposits of any amount from this address to your HTX UID to verify the legitimacy of your identity. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving any rewards.
• When filling out the form, please ensure to provide accurate information regarding your HTX UID and your on-chain private sale transaction address of SLERF tokens. We will carefully verify the UID and addresses to avoid duplicate or incorrect distributions.

Reward Distribution:

The rewards will be distributed within 5 working days after each phase of the fee calculation period is complete. The rewards for the first phase will be distributed by 16:00 (UTC) on March 29, 2024.

 

Terms & Conditions:

• This donation event is exclusively available to HTX users, and rewards will be distributed to their HTX accounts.
• If you meet the above requirements but have not received your rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email [email protected] for assistance.
• During the reward distribution, in cases where HTX UIDs and the private sale transaction addresses of SLERF tokens are duplicated, priority will be given to users who submitted the form earlier and completed the verification of making deposits.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume and bulk registration of fake accounts.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this donation event and the reward rules and timing are subject to change.
