HTX to Launch Copy Trading Account

Dear HTX Users,
We rolled out the Copy Trading function in September 2022. Over the past three months, tens of thousands of users have participated in our product testing, and a couple thousand of the users have given us their feedback. We appreciate your great support of our Copy Trading services.
To improve your copy trading experience, HTX is launching the Copy Trading Account function on November 4, 2022. The account upgrade is scheduled to start at 10:00 (UTC) on November 4, 2022. During the upgrade, the features relevant to Copy Trading will be suspended. The upgrade is expected to last for 6 hours.
Once available, the Copy Trading account function allows both traders and followers to use all Copy Trading features independently of their Futures accounts. On the other hand, restrictions on Futures account features will be removed.
Regarding concerns such as copy trading relationship and relevant positions:
1. When the Copy Trading account becomes available, traders can perform futures trades of any trading pairs with their Futures accounts, rather than only certain trading pairs due to the Trader Mode.
2. After the function upgrade, users' copy trading positions in their Futures accounts will not be transferred to their Copy Trading accounts, while the relationship between traders' and followers' existing copy trading positions will be dissolved. It means that both traders and followers are required to trade the above-mentioned positions on the Futures Trading page. Therefore, to secure the profits of traders and followers, we suggest our traders close their Copy Trading positions before the account upgrade.
3. Copy Trading account is not available for sub-accounts.
4. The copy trading relationship between traders and followers will not be affected by this upgrade.
