To celebrate the launch of BAGS (Basis Gold Share) and give back to community users, HTX will launch the "Holding BAGS to win BAG Airdrop" program starting from BAGS listing. See details below:

1. Snapshot time: January 14-January 20, 2021, daily snapshot at 11:00:00 (UTC+8)

2. Participation: Users who hold BAGS at the time of the snapshot can participate.

3. Snapshot scope: HTX Exchange Account (The BAGS holdings of all sub-accounts are included in the corresponding parent accounts). Executed Sell Orders, Uncredited Deposits and Completed Withdrawals will not be counted at the time of the snapshot.

4. Calculation rule: BAG received by User A = (Amount of BAGS held by User A at the time of snapshot / Amount of BAGS held by HTX at the time of snapshot) * BAG received by HTX

Please note that BAG airdrops may not be obtained due to the on-chain operating mechanism.

5. Distribution time: The airdrop will be distributed to your Exchange account starting from the next working day (T+1) after you hold BAGS (T+0).

6. Deposit and withdrawal related:

• HTX will open the BAG withdrawals at 10:30 on January 13th, 2021 (UTC+8) .
• During the airdrop period, from 10:00 to 12:00 (UTC+8) every day, HTX will stake BAGS on the chain, because of which the deposits and withdrawals of BAGS will also be suspended.
