First of all, please confirm that your card is acceptable for the use of this service.
- Whether it is a supported card type: Visa/MasterCard credit card/debit card
- Whether it is issued by a supported jurisdiction: most European countries and Australia
If your card meets both requirements above but still does not work, it may be just because of a bad network or may be rejected by your card issuing bank. You will see a notification when failed to link a card. For the network reason, please wait for a while and try again. For issuing a bank’s rejection, please contact your card issuing bank for inquiries.
