Starting from June 22, 2020 (GMT+8), HTX will update HTX VIP structure. HTX Futures, OTC and HTX Pool will be incorporated into HTX Experience Points (HTX EXP).Furthermore,the associated benefits of VIP will be upgraded as well.

Content of Updated HTX Experience Points (HTX EXP)

1. The threshold of Advanced cards and Insider cards will be adjusted.Advanced access threshold will be reduced from 5000 to 4000 HTX EXP, Insider access threshold will be reduced from 10000 to 7000 HTX EXP.

2. The HTX EXP of Asset Holdings will be upgraded.The assets of HTX Futures,OTC and HTX Pool will be counted into HTX EXP，and the assets will be included in the upgrading from the mainstream currency assets to all assets in the account.

3. The HTX EXP of Trade Volume will be upgraded.Users’ deals of OTC and Futures will be counted into HTX EXP.

4. The calculated weight of HTX EXP of HT Holdings will be increased to 2.85 times.It was counted 1 point when you are holding a value of 5,000 USDT, after upgrading,holding a value of 3,500 USDT will be counted 1 point, which is equivalent to holding 160,000 USDT HT for 90 consecutive days to become HTX VIP.

Complete New VIP Benefits

1. Chain Certificate: HTX wil input personal and proprietary authentication information of HTX VIP on the ETH block chain for VIP users, which will be retained permanently on the chain.

2. VIP ID Card: A status symbol of HTX VIP. Presenting this card will enjoy a number of rights and benefits in offline activities.

3. VIP Life Challenge Event: With the theme of “A New Height of Life”, HTX will launch series activities for VIP, such as track drift, alpine skiing race,windsurfing competition, fixed-wing flight and other challenges.

HTX VIP Structure

1. HTX users’ VIP tier level are determined by the HTX EXP points accumulated over the last three (3) calendar month period. The greater the HTX EXP credits earned, the higher their VIP tier level (with correspondingly greater benefits enjoyed), details as follows:

Note: HTX user’s VIP level does not impact trading fee rate.

2. HTX Experience Points (HTX EXP) are accumulated by users based on their trading volume and digital asset holdings maintained on HTX, with a validity period of three (3) calendar months. Details as follows：

(1) By Trend Volume:

• The trend volume of Exchange and Margin will be converted to USDT, users will earn 1 point HTX EXP for every 2,000 USDT;
• The trend volume of OTC will be converted to USDT, users will earn 1 point HTX EXP for every 2,000 USDT;
• The trend volume of Futures will be converted to USDT, users will earn 1 point HTX EXP for every 2,000 USDT;

(2) By Asset Holdings:
HTX will count your Exchange account, Cross-margin account, Isolated-margin account, Fiat account, Derivatives account and Pool account, then convert to USDT:

• For HT asset, users will earn 1 point per day when the asset exceed 3,500 USDT,or there will be no point;
• For HPT asset, users will earn 1 point per day when the asset exceed 5,000 USDT,or there will be no point;
• For other assets, users will earn 1 point per day when the asset exceed 10,000 USDT,or there will be no point.
