Currently, each user can create up to 5 API keys. Since the effective date of this notification, each user will be allowed to create up to 20 API keys.

Currently, each API key can be binding with maximum 10 IP addresses. Since the effective date of this notification, each API key can bind with maximum 20 IP addresses.
