According to ETH (Ethereum) official website, ETH will undergo a hard fork & upgrade at a block height of 9,069,000 (estimated on December 8, 2019 (GMT+8)). Click here for Ethereum Istanbul Upgrade Countdown.

In anticipation of this upgrade, HTX will execute the following:

1. Suspension of ETH and ERC20 Deposits and Withdrawals: HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of ETH & all ERC20 tokens at 06:00am on December 8, 2019 (GMT+8).

2. Suspension of ETH and ERC20 new margin trading loan services: In order to effectively control the risk of margin trading, HTX will suspend acceptance of ETH & all ERC20 token new margin trading loan services at 11:00am on December 7, 2019 (GMT+8).

3. No impact to existing ETH and ERC20 balance & trading activities: ETH and ERC20 balances and trading services will not be affected during the upgrade.

4. Resumption Schedule: Deposit and withdrawal services will be resumed as soon as the ETH mainnet becomes secure and stable. The resumption time will be notified via another announcement.
