Huobi Global refers to the notice on the website of the Comision Nacional Del Mercado De Valores (“CNMV”) in August 2021 which warns Spanish investors that the website www.huobi.com is not regulated in Spain. Huobi Global, through their legal advisors in Spain have since been in communications with the CNMV, as well as attending to and complying with the CNMV’s requests.
Huobi Global is pleased to announce that the communications with the CNMV have been positive and that that it will be taking the necessary steps for the investor warning to be removed as soon as possible.
