Cloud Wallet Retirement Schedule for Existing Mainland China Users

Dear Valued Users,
Underpinning HTX’s commitment to local compliance policies, we will retire Mainland China user accounts in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets.
Please see the following schedule for Cloud Wallet:
Creation of new Cloud Wallet accounts for Mainland China users will cease on Oct 28 (UTC+8).
On Dec 14 (UTC+8), only withdrawal services will be kept open. Any other Cloud Wallet services for Mainland China users will be disabled. (Users from other unrestricted countries or regions will be unaffected).
About Withdrawal Services:
Existing Mainland China users of Cloud Wallet will still be able to log in and withdraw assets. The withdrawal service will be open for 1-2 years. We will announce its closing time at a later date.
Please Note:
“Mainland China users” above refer to users certified as mainland China citizens on HTX. HTX will evaluate users who have not completed the ID Verification process by their registration nationality. The schedule above is tentative, and we will notify you in advance if there are any changes.
