System Upgrade and Service Suspension for HTX Coin-Margined Swaps from 09:30 (UTC) to 11:00 (UTC) on Nov 19, 2021

Dear Valued Users,
To offer you a better trading experience, HTX coin-margined swaps will undergo a system upgrade with service suspended from 09:30 (UTC) to 11:00 (UTC) on Nov 19, 2021. Coin-margined futures and USDT-margined swaps will not be affected.
During the upgrade period, users' pending orders will be retained, but other functions such as margin transfers, opening and closing positions, and order cancellations will be temporarily suspended for API, Web, and APP. Order cancellation and transfer-in functions will be available via API, Web and APP within 5 minutes after the upgrade is completed, while order placement and transfer-out functions will not be available.
Please be sure to manage your risk by making corresponding adjustments in advance, e.g. cancelling orders, adding margin, or closing positions before the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Please note HTX Futures will delay the upgrade should the market fluctuate substantially and will give further notice if this happens. Please refer to the latest announcement on our official website.
