[Important] Notice on Discontinuing Futures Trading Service for Existing Spain-Based Users

Dear user,
To maintain compliance with the latest regulatory policies of Spain, HTX will be discontinuing the Futures trading service for Spain-based users. The service discontinuation and accounts retirement will be done properly and orderly with the affected users' assets security well protected. The retirement process for Spain-based accounts is tentatively scheduled as follows:
Terminate the trading services and transfer services for Spain-based users’ Futures Accounts at 2:00 (UTC) on Aug 31, 2022, by which time all pending orders will also be cancelled.
If you have not transferred your assets in the Futures Account to other accounts by the abovesaid deadline, they will be transferred to your Spot Account within 48 hours after the cessation of this service.
