Cessation of Spot Trading Service for Mainland China Users

To follow local compliance policies, Huobi Global will retire Mainland China user accounts in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets.
Huobi Global has ceased spot trading service for Mainland China users from 03:00 (UTC) on Dec 15, 2021. If users had not withdrawn buy orders before the cessation, the system will cancel all pending buy orders automatically. To enable Mainland China users to manage their existing assets on Huobi Global in a smooth and orderly manner before Dec 31, 2021, they may continue to access the selling service until 16:00 (UTC) on Dec 31, 2021.
From 16:00 (UTC) on Dec 31, 2021, Mainland China users can no longer sell their holdings or conduct any transactions involving CNY. If users have yet to withdraw sell orders before the cessation, the system will automatically cancel all pending sell orders. The withdrawal function will remain available for 1 to 2 years, and notice will be given ahead of its closure. Mainland China users are advised to handle their digital assets as soon as possible.
Please be noted that any information you receive via phone calls or text messages directing you to withdraw assets are scams. Please do not click on any links in unfamiliar text messages or emails, and do not provide your personal account information, SMS verification codes, and other important information to strangers or third parties!

"Mainland China users" above refer to users certified as mainland China citizens on Huobi Global. Huobi Global will evaluate users who have not done ID Verification by their registration nationality. The schedule above is tentative, and we will notify you in advance if there are any changes.
