According to the QTUM official plan ( Part 1 &Part 2), QTUM will undergo a hard fork & upgrade at the block height of 466600 (estimated at 23:00 on October 17, 2019 GMT+8). In anticipation of this upgrade, HTX will execute the following:

1. Suspension of QTUM deposits and withdrawals
HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal of QTUM at 18:00 on October 17, 2019 (GMT+8).

2. Suspension of QTUM new margin trading loan services
In order to effectively control the risk of margin trading, HTX has now suspended acceptance of QTUM new margin trading loan services.

3. No impact to existing QTUM balance & trading activities
QTUM balances and trading services will not be affected during the upgrade.

4. Resumption Schedule
Deposit and withdrawal services will be resumed as soon as the QTUM mainnet becomes secure and stable. The resumption time will be notified via another announcement.
