Prize Rules
Lottery Number: The last digit of UID of the participant.
Winning Numbers: The first two unequal Arabic numbers of the first LTC block hash after 12:00(GMT+8) each day during the event.
Winning Logic: The lottery number = one of the winning numbers
Corner Case: If there is no match to the winning account, then continue to search for the next unequal Arabic number as the winning number. If there is no winning account after all hash strings being matched, then it will be deemed that all the lottery drawing accounts have won prizes.
