Mobile SMS 2FA Issues

If you are unable to receive the SMS verification on your mobile or you have lost your phone, please send a photo of you holding your ID and contact phone or email to [email protected] to unbind your mobile phone. You will receive an email after your account has been unbound. You may then proceed to configure a different 2FA setup against your HTX account.

Google Authenticator Issues

We highly recommend you to save the Private Key or QR code when you link your GA to your HTX account. If your phone is lost, you can still bind the GA to your new phone using the Private Key or QR code.

If you forgot to back up the GA Private Key or QR code, please send a photo of you holding your ID and contact phone or email to [email protected] to unbind your GA. You will receive an email after your account has been unlinked. You may then proceed to link a new GA to your HTX account.

 

Email 2FA issues

If you are unable to receive the email verification for various reasons (e.g. unable to access email), please send a photo of you holding your ID and contact phone or email to [email protected] to unbind your email account. You will receive an email after your account has been unbound. You may then proceed to link a new email to your HTX account.
