1. List the BTC/HUSD trading pair at 18:00, Oct. 22 (GMT+8);
2. Start the withdrawal service of HUSD at 18:00, Oct. 29 (GMT+8), you may withdraw any coin between PAX, TUSD, USDC and GUSD.
