Commission of Futures

Trading Fee

When users execute a transaction, the platform will charge a certain transaction fee, which will be included in the realized profit and loss. No matter users open or close a position, the fees are paid with corresponding currency assets.

For example, the fees charged for BTC contracts is BTC. The fees charged (or the commission received by the maker) will be included in the realized profit and loss. The fees will not be frozen when placing an order, but they will be charged at the conclusion of the transaction.

Commission (trading fee) = (number of contracts * contract face value / average transaction price) * rate

Opening positions:

Maker commission: 0.02%; taker commission: 0.05%

Closing positions:

Maker commission: 0.02%; taker commission: 0.05%

For example:

E.g.1 A user opens long positions of 200 lots of BTC weekly contracts (with contract face value of 100 USD/lot) at BTC price of 5000 USD/BTC and the order is filled at BBO price. A few days later, BTC price increases, the user closes positions at the price of 6000 USD/BTC and the order is filled, then,

The opening fee is(200*100/5000)* 0.05% = 0.002 BTC

The closing fee is(200*100/6000)* 0.02% = 0.000667 BTC

E.g.2 A user opens long positions of 200 lots of EOS weekly contracts (with contract face value of 10 USD/lot) at EOS price of 2 USD/EOS and the order is filled at BBO price. A few days later, the price increases, the user closes position at price of 3USD/EOS, and the order is filled, then,

The opening fee is(200*10/2)* 0.05% = 0.5 EOS

The closing fee is(200*10/3)* 0.02% = 0.133334 EOS

Delivery Fee

If the user fails to close positions before the contract expires, then the system will make a delivery for those positions, and delivery fee will be charged at a rate of 0.015% for BTC contracts, and 0.05% for other contracts.

For example:

E.g.1 A user holds 20 lots of BTC weekly contracts (with contract face value of 100 USD/lot) , and does not close the positions by 16:00 on Friday. The system conducts delivery closing those positions at price of 1000 USD/BTC automatically, then the user's delivery fee goes to (20*100)/1000*0.015%=0.0003BTC.

E.g.2 A user holds 20 lots of EOS weekly contracts (with contract face value of 10 USD/lot) , and does not close the positions by 16:00 on Friday. The system conducts delivery closing those positions at price of 2 USD/EOS automatically, then the user's delivery fee goes to (20*10)/2*0.05%=0.05EOS.
