Challenge	All clients registered for the event Period: Clients can select a start date after the end of the event period. Rate assessment lasts for 2 months. Unlimited deposit amount If clients achieve the requirement during the Challenge period, clients can retain their preferential rates. If clients fail to reach the requirements during the Challenge period, clients can retain the preferential rates for one month or be matched to the corresponding rate tier.	For registered HTX users User’s account will enjoy the same rate as their original account on HTX During the Challenge period, registered user’s corresponding rate tier will be raised according to their account in HTX, such rate tiers will only be upgraded accordingly. For non-registered users on HTX HTX VIP users will enjoy the preferential rates of the next level (Pro level +1) on the HTX platform, corresponding to their other existing exchange accounts. HTX market maker users will enjoy the same rates on the HTX platform, corresponding to their other existing exchange accounts; Takers will enjoy the preferential rates of the next level (Pro level +1) on the HTX platform, corresponding to their other existing exchange accounts.

Terms of Event:

1. This event is for institutional clients only (Excluded regions: United States, Canada, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Crimea, Singapore and Thailand, etc.).

2. The first 20 registered institutional clients who meet the requirements will be shortlisted.

3. Shortlisted clients will enjoy the following benefits upon completion of the trial:

i. Trust account registration

ii. Custodian agreement execution

iii. Depositing of assets, use of exchange assets custody services

iv. Clients will be able to provide feedback to help us improve services.

4. During the event, asset deposits for each shortlisted client will be limited to 20,000 USDT. (Such custody amount is not subject to limitation after the event period, shortlisted clients who successfully completed the trial can enjoy full exemption of custodial fee for the year based on the actual custodied amount.)

5. Shortlisted clients who fail to complete the activities within the specified time will be considered ineligible for benefits.
