3. Rules for Taker Evaluation
1) Fee rates for Takers are subjected to the Prime program.
2) Taker levels depend on a trailing 30-day spot/futures trading volume or 24h total assets.
3) HT holdings will be denominated in USDT multiplied by 1.5X when total assets are calculated.
