If users want to withdraw funds through a blockchain address or an HTX account, they can log in to the HTX APP and follow the path below to withdraw funds (using USDT as an example):

1. Withdrawal via Blockchain Address

Click on "Assets" in the bottom navigation bar of the APP, select "Withdraw," choose the relevant token, and click the "Withdraw via Blockchain Address" button to enter the withdrawal page. On the withdrawal page, paste or scan the QR code of the deposit address in the withdrawal address field, enter the corresponding withdrawal address, and input the withdrawal amount. After confirming that the withdrawal address and the amount to be credited are correct, click the "Withdraw" button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the withdrawal.

2. Withdrawal via HTX Account

Click on "Assets" in the bottom navigation bar of the APP, select "Withdraw," choose the relevant token, and click the "Withdraw via HTX Account" button to enter the withdrawal page. On the withdrawal page, paste or scan the QR code of the deposit address in the withdrawal address field, enter the corresponding withdrawal address, and input the withdrawal amount. After confirming that the withdrawal address and the amount to be credited are correct, click the "Withdraw" button and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the withdrawal.

Note: HTX platform addresses enjoy zero fees, and the fees are refunded to the current account. If the withdrawal target address is an HTX platform address and you have enabled the quick withdrawal function, the withdrawal will use the fast channel, requiring no block confirmation, achieving zero fees.

Withdrawal Review Process:

When users withdraw to a new address, the system may conduct identity verification depending on the evaluated security status. Once verification is passed, the withdrawal can proceed. If verification fails, it will be transferred to manual review.
When users withdraw to a pre-verified address, based on the risk score evaluation, manual review may not be required; if the system detects an account anomaly, it will be transferred to manual review.
During customer service manual review, depending on the account risk situation, necessary information will be verified with you via phone or video.
Please do not disclose passwords, SMS, or Google verification codes to anyone.
