I. Brief Introduction 

Clover Finance is a substrate-based blockchain infrastructure platform that’s focused on cross-chain compatibility for DeFi applications and interoperability between different blockchains. Through its extensive support in EVM-based applications, developer tools, Clover Finance Scan and Clover Finance multi-chain wallet, Clover Finance will bring the most advanced and seamless multi-chain DeFi experience to its users.

Clover Finance is also described as CoinList's most noteworthy project in 2021 and was officially featured on the platform of Coinlist in April 2021. 

II. Detailed Introduction

Clover Finance provides a foundation layer for DeFi applications to seamlessly operate on. Clover aims to reduce the development threshold for upper-layer applications, facilitate a gasless transaction layer to simplify the user experience and provide a wide range of developer tools from identity-based scripting capabilities to built-in cross-chain interoperability.

Clover Finance will combine a large user base and different projects into a one-stop open and integrated financial service platform on Substrate.

Apart from the foundational layer itself, Clover Finance has built various cross-chain wallet implementations from desktop to mobile, allowing users to interact with DeFi applications from various front ends.

Clover Finance is powered by the native CLV utility token which serves as gas on the platform. In its gasless transactions, the ERC tokens which are used for gas will be liquidated into CLV on the market.

The Clover Finance EVM is created to attract developers who will further drive adoption and platform fees.

CLV also serves as a governance token of the platform, to participate in governance activities for a predetermined set of parameters.

The total supply of CLV is 1 billion with 128,777,778 CLV in circulation.
