Huobi Futures accounts consist of USDT-margined contract accounts, coin-margined futures accounts, and coin-margined swaps accounts. This lesson will demonstrate how to transfer funds from your Exchange account to the various derivatives accounts in only a few simple steps.
Transferring funds to Huobi Futures
1. From the Huobi Global main page, click [Balances], then [Derivatives Account]. This will direct you to the Huobi Futures platform.
2. Here, you will see your available funds and current derivatives orders divided into three separate accounts — USDT-margined contracts (USDⓈ-M Contracts), coin-margined futures (Coin-M Futures), and coin-margined swaps (Coin-M Swaps).
Choose the account you want to transfer funds to by clicking [USDⓈ-M Contracts], [Coin-M Futures], or [Coin-M Swaps].
Transferring to a USDⓈ-M Contracts account
1. Once you have chosen the correct account, click [Transfer].
2. Choose the account you want to transfer funds from by clicking on the downward-pointing arrow.
3. Specify the contract type for the receiving account using the downward-pointing arrow.
4. Note that you can transfer only USDT to a USDⓈ-M Contracts account.
5. Enter the amount you want to transfer to the account.
6. Click [Confirm] to finalize the transfer.
Transferring to a Coin-M Futures account
1. Once you have chosen the correct account, click [Transfer].
2. Depending on what you intend to trade, choose the correct asset from the downward-pointing arrow.
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer to the Coin-M Futures account.
4. Click [Confirm] to finalize the transfer.
Transferring to a Coin-M Swaps account
1. Once you have chosen the correct account, click [Transfer].
2. Depending on what you intend to trade, choose the correct asset by clicking on the downward-pointing arrow.
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer to the Coin-M Swaps account.
4. Click [Confirm] to finalize the transfer.
