Complete the ID Verification process
ID Verification processes (also called know-your-customer (KYC) processes) are an international standard to prevent exchanges and other financial institutions from being used for illegal activities. It also enables an exchange to understand its customers and offer them products that are suitable for their country and financial profile.
Huobi’s KYC process requires users to verify their identity through our platform. You can follow our guide for ID Verification, and our guide for advanced ID verification. If you are experiencing any difficulties completing your KYC verification, please contact Customer Service by clicking on the [Help] button on the bottom right of the main Huobi Global web page or via the [Chat] icon in the Huobi app.
Buy Crypto on Huobi
There are two ways to buy crypto through the Huobi platform: through one of the vendors on the Huobi P2P marketplace or by using your Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card to buy crypto directly from Huobi. Other payment options may be available depending on your local payment service providers.
Buying from the P2P marketplace gives you access to no-fee fiat-crypto exchange rates set by vendors and users like yourself in an open marketplace. The P2P marketplace also gives you the opportunity to sell your crypto for fiat without any fees or costs. Transactions on the Huobi P2P marketplace are governed by Huobi’s P2P system, which includes an “escrow” service and a robust anti-fraud framework.
Buying directly from Huobi using a debit or credit card is convenient and fast, although transaction-related fees and costs will apply. This method is suitable for buying small amounts of cryptocurrency. Depending on your region, Huobi may also accept other payment methods such as Apple Pay, SEPA, Sofort-Klarna, Faster Payments, and more.

Deposit Assets into your Huobi Account
You may also move your token assets from other platforms and wallets to your Huobi account. Please check carefully that you are using the correct wallet address and the correct blockchain when making deposits.

Trade Crypto on the Huobi Exchange
The Huobi Spot Exchange is the most popular service on the Huobi Global platform. Here you will find real-time prices for hundreds of tokens that you can buy and sell to get the tokens you wish to hold.
If you buy low and sell high, you can also make a profit on the Huobi Spot Exchange, or use our Grid Trading bot to automate your market moves to take advantage of price volatility with minimum effort on your part.

Explore Huobi Earn
Huobi Earn is an investment product for users to manage their digital assets. Instead of just holding your assets on your exchange account, you may deposit portions of your holdings into Flexible Earnings and Fixed Earnings, which will generate an APY on your token assets. Special “Featured Earnings” promotions are also offered periodically, subject to availability.

Activate your Huobi Futures Sub-Account
Trading derivative products like Futures Contracts and Perpetual Swap Contracts is a popular way to profit from the market. To enable futures trading for your account, you will need to make a separate application to activate your Huobi Futures Sub-Account. A separate application is needed because not all jurisdictions may allow retail traders to participate in derivatives trading, or various categories of traders may be allowed access to derivative products.
