Paycoin is a virtual asset-based lifestyle platform that connects virtual assets with daily life. The service includes payment, game, ecommerce, and much more.
I. Project Introduction
In short, Paycoin is an integrated lifestyle platform based on blockchain and virtual assets.
Traditional payment system involves many middle entities validating and confirming the transaction data, which ultimately incur cost and time. Implementing blockchain and keeping only the necessary intermediaries allows merchants to utilize payment method with lower costs, while enables rewards for users in return.
We started our project back in 2019. We were a small project initiated by our parent company called "Danal", which is one of the largest mobile payment companies in South Korea. We saw the opportunity in the market, and decided to kick-start the project into proper business.
