2. Project Introduction

Phoenix is the blockchain infrastructure platform for data and AI-driven applications for Web 3. Phoenix consists of an enterprise-grade Layer 1 blockchain (EVM compatible), data and privacy computation Layer 2 for scaling multi-party computations (MPC) and decentralized AI (FL)，and its own proprietary data oracle. Phoenix Layer 2 supports integration with mainstream AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and Pytorch to enable blockchain-powered decentralized AI. Layer 1 Mainnet as already launched, and Layer 2 and Phoenix Oracle are currently in Testnet.
