    • How do I get started?

      You must be verified with a Pro level Huobi UAB account to access the OTC desk.

    • What are the minimum and maximum trading volume?

      For offline OTC trading the minimum trading volume is 100,000 USD or equivalent amount.

    • What cryptocurrencies does huobi support?

      We support trading for major currencies (USD & upcoming EURO /GBP/HKD.etc) and USDT/USDC. Please contact our OTC desk with any trade inquiries via your dedicated chat room.

    • What are my settlement options?

      Crypto can be settled to/from your Huobi account.Fiat currencies can be settled directly to/from your bank account.Trade obligations will be settled within 1 business day.

    • Is there a fee?

      Huobi OTC Desk does not charge any transaction fees. The price we show to clients is the 'all-inclusive' price.

    • How to start the trade?

      A client can chat with us on Telegram to get a quotation, if a client accepts the price, we will send email for confirmation. Once we receive the fund or digital asset then we will exchange the relevant crypto or fiat and send it to the client.

    • How to deposit and withdraw fiat?

      To deposit, a client needs to deposit fiat to our bank account first. We can provide the bank details to the client after the successful signup process. After the trading execution, the exchanged digital asset will be sent to the client’s digital wallet, and vice versa.

    • What is the trading hours?

      For offline trading, the trading hours are from 9:30 to 24:00 (SGT) Monday to Friday. Evenings (SGT) may take us a little bit longer.
