Event Rules:

HTX will take a snapshot of users' Rockets on December 31, 2023 (UTC+8). Users whose Rockets are greater than 0 will be eligible for an airdrop of the mystery token. The quantity of the token airdropped to each user is determined based on their effective Rocket counts. The effective Rocket counts will be calculated by considering users' previous account data (see below in the chart), which can boost the airdrop quantity. The airdrop tokens will be unlocked over a period of 12 months.

Calculation of Effective Rocket Count: Example

Assume User A has 1,000 Rockets snapshotted on December 31, 2023 (UTC+8), and gains a weight factor of 20% according to Rocket Weighting Rules (see below).

The user's effective Rocket count is 1,200 (= 120% * 1,000). Therefore, the user will receive a total of airdrop tokens calculated as 1,200 multiplied by an airdrop ratio.

Please note, the detailed information on the airdrop ratio and the mystery project will be further announced before the airdrop is conducted.

Unlocking Rules

HTX will take the first snapshot of users' Rockets on December 31, 2023 (UTC+8) and calculate their effective Rocket counts, which will determine the total airdrop quantity for each user. For the next 11 months starting from January 2024, HTX will take a snapshot of users' Rockets on the last day of each month to calculate the maximum unlockable tokens in the following month.

• If your effective Rocket count at the end of a month ≥ the effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot, the next month's airdrop tokens (total airdrop quantity / 12) will be fully unlocked.
• If your effective Rocket count at the end of a month < the effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot, the unlockable airdrop tokens next month =Effective Rocket count of the month / Effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot * Maximum quantity of unlockable tokens per month.

Calculation of Unlocked Airdrop: Example

Assume User A's effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot on December 31 (UTC+8), 2023 is 1,200, and the user can get a total airdrop quantity of 12,000. Then the maximum quantity of unlockable tokens per month is 1,000.

• On January 31, 2024 (UTC+8), User A can unlock 1,000 airdrop tokens. (The snapshot of the month will determine the maximum quantity of tokens the user can unlock next month).
• If User A's effective Rocket count is 1,500 at the end of a month (≥ the effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot), the quantity of airdrop tokens the user can unlock next month is 1,000.
• If User A's effective Rocket count is 600 at the end of a month (< the effective Rocket count based on the first snapshot), the quantity of airdrop tokens the user can unlock next month will become 500 (= 600 / 1,200 * 1,000).

Event Schedule:

• Snapshotting Rockets : 00:00 (UTC+8) on December 31, 2023
• Airdrop Distribution : Starting from January 31, 2024, the airdrop tokens are unlocked in 12 months, specifically on the last day of each month before 23:59:59 (UTC+8).
• Deadline for Claiming Airdrop : 23:59:59 (UTC+8) on March 31, 2025.

Rocket Weighting Rules

Notes:

• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Data from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
• Related data on the day of a snapshot cannot be used to calculate the weighted Rockets.
• Weight factors can be accumulated to up to 70%.
• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
• HTX reserves the right for final interpretation of this event.
